By booking a session with me, you give me permission to use photos from your shoot for my portfolio, including social media, website, and promotions. I’ll give credit when it makes sense. If you would prefer that your photos not be used for these purposes, please let me know before the shoot begins, and I will fully respect your request.

Booking & Payment
Your session is only locked in once we’ve both agreed on the details. If a deposit or payment is required, it has to be paid before or at the time of the shoot unless I say otherwise. If payment isn’t completed, I can cancel the session and may not deliver photos.

Cancellation & Rescheduling
If you cancel less than 12 hours before the shoot, there may be a 20% cancellation fee. I’m flexible with rescheduling as long as you give enough notice and I have availability. If rescheduling happens too much, I may treat it as a new booking.

Delivery of Photos
I usually deliver edited photos within 1–3 days after the shoot unless something unexpected comes up. Photos are delivered digitally only (download link or online gallery.)

Respectful behavior is expected from all clients and participants during every session. Any inappropriate, disruptive, or disrespectful conduct may result in the session being ended or canceled.

I reserve the right to decline, cancel, or end any booking or photography session at any time if I feel uncomfortable, unsafe, threatened, disrespected, misled about the nature of the session, or for any other reason that may affect my safety, well-being, or ability to provide services. This right applies before or during the session. Any refunds or rescheduling options will be determined at my discretion based on the circumstances.

Liability
I’m not responsible for things outside of my control, such as weather, location restrictions, accidents, or equipment issues. If something like this happens that isn’t either of our faults, or if the issue is on my side, the 20% cancellation fee will not be charged. If needed, we can reschedule the session instead.

Minor-Owned Business Notice
Clients acknowledge that Shoots by Andrew is operated by a minor. Professional and respectful communication is expected at all times. I reserve the right to have a parent or guardian present during any meeting, consultation, session, or event.

Photo Selection & Editing
I will select and edit the best images from the session. Raw/unedited photos are not included unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Editing style is at my discretion and reflects my photography style.

The quality and variety of final images depend on client participation, punctuality, weather, location conditions, and cooperation during the session. Specific poses, expressions, or results cannot be guaranteed.

Photo Storage
Delivered photos will be stored for a limited time after delivery. While I make reasonable efforts to maintain backups, clients are responsible for downloading and safely storing their photos once they are delivered.

Third-Party Interference
I am not responsible for missed photographs, reduced coverage, or interruptions caused by guests, venue staff, other photographers, or individuals who interfere with the session.
